He is survived by : his parent Martha VanMatre; his children, Jeff Clubb of Puxico, Joey Clubb of Sikeston, Shannon Cookson of Puxico and Angie Moses of Jackson; and his siblings, Tom Clubb of Puxico, Veda Elledge of Poplar Bluff and Lela Arena of Poplar Bluff. He is also survived by grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
