He was predeceased by : his parents, Glen Caraway and Barbara Louise Ward; and his siblings, David, Tony and Angel Wallace.

He is survived by : his wife Vickie Copeland of Wardell, Missouri.; his sons, Billy Curtright (Shelly) of Wardell and Allen Caraway of Senath, Missouri.; his brother Travis Caraway of Caruthersville, Missouri.; and his grandchildren, Hailey Curtright (Fiance Michael Cunningham), Caleb Curtright, Christian Curtright, Landen McCaig, Max Curtright, Braxton Curtright, Hunter Caraway, Katelyn Caraway and McKenna Curtright.
