He is survived by: his parents, Russell Evans and Marie Evans (Sproat); his sister Shirley Akeman of Oklahoma City; his sons, David Akeman (Kristene) and Roger Akeman (Betsy); his sister Jackie Tuckwiller of Warrensburg; his daughters, Carolyn Campbell and Diane Collins (Stuart); and his siblings-in-law, Charles Tuckwiller (Carol) of Marshall, Ellie Carter of Warrensburg and Mary Peterman of Knob Noster. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and valued friends.
