Neal; her former husband Marion "Ed" Simon; and her siblings, Henry Goucher, Summit Goucher, Wayne Goucher, Wanda Goucher, Windsor Champion and Barbara Champion.
She is survived by: her spouse Marion "Ed" Simon; her children, Janice Schneider (Phillip), Thomas W. Neal (Rhonda), Warrensburg Neal and Robert E. Neal (Margaret); her brother Lyle Goucher of Raymore; and also Elizabethtown.
