He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Warner; his children, Jeri Ann Parker (David Allen) of Lee's Summit, MO, Amy Ann Kent (Bobby) of Medford, MO and Philip Wayne Millstead (Rebecca) of Holden, MO; his grandchildren, Christopher Adam Dechman, Chazli Ann Kidwell, Curtis Edward Millstead and Emily Deeann Millstead; his great grandchildren, Lucas Allen Jackson, Adalie Ann Schewe and Evelyn Louise Dechman; his brother Rev. James Millstead (Marlene) of Warrensburg, MO; and his sisters-in-law, Marylan Millstead of Warrensburg and Loretta Millstead of Warrensburg.
