He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Patterson and Jewel Barnes Patterson; his wife Carol Patterson (Courtney); and his brothers, Bill and Joe Patterson.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa "Tracy"; his grandchildren, Katrina, Krysta and Kyle Coggin; his daughter Shelly Keys (Nathan) of Centerview, MO; his grandchildren, Macy and Clayton Keys; his stepson Tony Kendrick (Rhonda) of Warrensburg, MO; and his stepgrandchildren, Olivia Tweedie, Lonnie and Steven Kendrick. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
