She was predeceased by: her husband William Patton "Pat" Combs; her parents, Charles Douglas and Gladys Greeson McSwain; her children, Janet Riley and Timothy Patton Combs; and her sister Celia Ann Beyer.
She is survived by: her son David Douglas Combs (Lori) of Ballwin, MO; and her granddaughters, Christine, Amanda and Angela.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made payable to: St. Louis Art Museum, Missouri Botanical Gardens, World Bird Sanctuary, or Circle of Concern Food Pantry in care of Pitman Funeral Home, P. O. Box 248, Wentzville, MO 63385 A private graveside service will be held at a later date at DeAnn Cemetery in Prescott, Arkansas.
