He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Rick Lewis (Lisa) of Ponder, TX, Dede Boehle (Rick) of Warrenton, MO, Kara St. Pierre of Clarksville, TN, Jason Lewis (Heather Cofer) of Fredericktown, MO and Amanda McCarrell (Shane) of Clarksville, TN; his siblings, Patricia Hartzell of Washington, MO and Stephen Lewis of Seattle, WA; and his brothers-in-law, Ed Higgerson of Sparta, IL and Jon Fox (Lisa) of Fresno, CA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
