She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ollie and Sally Josephine Brock (Severs); her husband Kenneth E. Spragins; and her grandson Robert Embrey III. She is survived by: her children, Galen Ken Spragins (Ann) of Grove, Billy Joe Spragins (Patty) of Wyandotte, Oklahoma and Laura Sue Larson (Ed) of Washburn, Missouri; her granddaughters, Lisa Wiebers (Nick) of Dacula, Kelly Sandill (Ravi) of Houston and Misty Leonard (Jason) of Jefferson City, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Asher Sandill of Houston, Robert Embrey IV of Washburn, Missouri and Paige Leonard of Jefferson City, Missouri; and her great great grandchild Kinley of Jefferson City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
