She was predeceased by: her brother Adam Neier; and her grandmother Florene Neier. She is survived by: her siblings, Timothy Russell Neier, Jeremy Neier (Nathan, Sullivan, Nathan), Holly Holmes, Briana Neier, Branson Neier and Melissa Neier; her grandfather James Neier of Washington; and her siblings' children, Kinzey, Kain and Lainey Russell-Neier. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
