It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Bailey (Webb City, Missouri), born in Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on March 16, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Luther 'Bud' Bailey, Robert 'Bob' Bailey, Benjamin 'Dave' Bailey, Mary Lee Johnson and Norma Goswick; and his grandchildren, Tori Marie Greuling and Taylor Allgood.

He is survived by: his spouse Caroline Louise Stinson; and his daughters, Loralee Bowman of Joplin, Robin Dering of Joplin, Annette Allgood (Russell) of Asbury and Terri Birch of Columbus. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
