He is survived by: his wife Laura Butler; his children, Christopher Milner of Norfolk and Rebecca Turner of Liberty; and his sisters, Molley McCombs (Max) and Merfi Barnhill (Bill). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and four grandchildren.
