He is survived by: his parents, William Hardee and Ella Hardee (Buce); his spouse Ollie M. (Foster); his children, Juliet Hardee of Webb City, Rikki Tuggle of Joplin and David Hardee of Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Theron Hardee, Brayden Hardee, Noah Hardee, Ritchard Hardee and Delanni Hardee. He is also survived by 7 other grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
