He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bell and Franette Ruth Bell. He is survived by: his wife Olendia Bell; his children, Derek A. Bell, Kellie M. Bell Gilbert, Greg Fletcher and Renee Lyle; his grandchildren, Joshua Fletcher, Hannah Rashid, Isaac Fletcher, Miya Gilbert, Judah Fletcher, Paul Gilbert and Boston Bell; his great grandchild Evalyn Fletcher; and his brothers, Michael, Jeffrey (Lorraine), Peter (Lisë Satterfield) and Christopher Bell (Patricia).
