It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kandace Elaine Miller of West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Donnie Ray Jennings; and her grandparents, Vernon Elvis Jennings, Eula Marie Jennings (Walker), William Joseph Robinson and Rosa Floye Robinson (Hughie).
She is survived by: her mother Charlotte Elaine Jennings (Robinson) of West Plains; her daughters, Tara Elaine McMillan (Miller) of Overland Park and Kristin Rachelle Mustion (Casey Mustion) of West Plains; her grandsons, Brodhi McMillan and Malcolm McMillan of Overland Park; and her siblings, Kenneth Ray Jennings (Cindy) of West Plains, Donnie Keith Jennings (Treasa) of Saint Clair, Missouri and Sheila Kaye Tiller (Jeff) of Loganville, Georgia. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She had asked that in her memory, she would like anyone to make a donation to Wounded Warrior Project, and may be left at or mailed to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., West Plains, Missouri.
