It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Faye Ochoa of West Plains, Missouri, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lloyd Franklin Drumright and Helen Kaye Croney Drumright; her sister Shelly Lovins; and her brother-in-law Timothy Lovins. She is survived by : her husband Junior Ochoa; her daughters, April Collins (Chris) of West Plains and Brandi Norris (James) of West Plains; her grandchildren, Kylie, Karley, Gracie Collins, Gavin Roberts and Sadie Norris; and her sister Sharon Bussard (John David). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
