She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Waggoner and Grace Waggoner (Radford); her husband Lew; her brothers, Gene (Mary Waggoner) and Jay (Martha Waggoner); and also Steve Waggoner.
She is survived by : her friends, Lyle, Maxine James, Dot, Adrian Lasley, Jay and Martha Waggoner; her children, James P. Thomas (Linda) of Fairfax and Janet T. Shaw (Robert) of Willow Springs, Missouri; her grandchildren, James Thomas, Jr. (Ivy) of Great Falls, Virginia, John Thomas of Fairfax, Cathy Ivey (Justin) of Chantilly, Kim Boley (James) of Cape Girardeau and Tom Shaw (Jody) of Ozark, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Grace Shaw, Gabe Shaw, Abbi Boley, Lizzie Boley and Tommy Ivey; and her sister-in-law Shirley Cole of Davenport. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
