He is survived by: his children, Benjamin and Jocelyn; his wife Rebecca Pennington-Collins; his parents, James Miller and Tambrey Miller of Willow Springs, MO.; his mother-in-law Tomi Williams of Bakersfield, California; his sister BreAnna Combs (Aaron) of Willow Springs; his nephew Dalton Combs of Willow Springs; his grandparents, Richard and Lois Bryson of Hardy, Arkansas; and his aunts and uncles, Robert Collins (Virginia) of Pomona, David Collins (Gail) of Willow Springs, Loretta Bell (David) of Willow Springs, Mary Ann Earls of Willow Springs, Heather Summers of West Plains and John Miller (Joanne) of Willow Springs.
