She is survived by : her father Dal Johnson of Willow Springs, MO; her sons, Kurt Bryan (Bailey) of Willow Springs and Ethan Smith of Willow Springs; her brother Dewayne Johnson (Julie) of Willow Springs; her grandchildren, Austyn, Ashlyn, Addisyn, Alexis, Kamren Bryan, Emma and Eli Smith; her nephews, Justin and Clayton; and her niece Stacie Johnson.
