It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William H. Riley (Winigan, Missouri), born in Kirksville, Missouri, who passed away on May 30, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Maxine and Herbert Lee "Dick" Riley; his daughter Billie Kay Riley; his parents-in-law, Edgar and Darlene McCollum; and his sister-in-law Janice Buckman.
He is survived by: his wife Reta Kay McCollum; his children, Scarlett Ragas (Jason) of Novinger and William L Riley (Mary Ellen) of Wentzville; his grandchildren, Kevin, Katie Ledford, Jaynie, Sally, Bart Ragas, Maddox and Julianna Riley; his siblings, Naomi Ruth Williams (Frank) of O'Fallon, Sharon Pfeiffer (Hubert) of Winigan and John (Pat); and his brothers-in-law, Glen McCollum and Jesse Buckman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
