He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Parker and Tillie Parker (Frock); and his daughter Debra K. Parker. He is survived by: his wife Gloria K. McAfee; his children, Cindy Morris (Steve), Sandy Merriman and Jack W. Parker; and his brother Ralph W. Parker. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
