He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester A. Bishop and Ruby Rye Earnest Bishop; his stepfather John Spurgeon Bishop; and his sister Ozellar Earnest. He is survived by: his daughters, Jamie Earnest Morgan (Lee) and Ashley Earnest O'Fallon (Shaun); his grandchildren, Bryce O'Fallon, Devin Putney, Reese O'Fallon and Kaitlyn O'Fallon; and his close friend Heather Presley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
