He was predeceased by: his parents, David Austin and Lela Anna Collins Tipton; and his siblings, Mauveline, Katherine, Inez, Mary Evelyn, Dorothy Carolyn, Linda Dianne Tipton, Burtron, James Paul, Jack, Dan, Howard, Charles David and Jimmy Lee Tipton.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Tipton; his children, Belinda Howell, Breanna Tipton, Roby, Tracy and Matthew Tipton; and his grandchildren, Robbie Nicole, Ericka, Benjamin, Crystal, Jessica, Jeremy, Kierston, Braden, Tristan, Alexa, Gage, Kinley, Payton, Fitz, Lydia and Skyla. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
