He was predeceased by: his brother Howard Lewis; and his grandson Joseph Lewis. He is survived by: his spouse Faye Lewis; his sons, Michael, Gary, David and Dean Lewis; his daughter-in-law Angela Lewis; his grandchildren, Lacey, Heather Lewis, Justin and Phillip Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Bryson Rollins, Taylin Landrum and Lily Lewis.
The family requests memorials be made to Batson's Children's Hospital in memory of Joseph Lewis.
