We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2021, at the age of 63, Carl M Billups of Baldwyn, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Milton Billups and Glen Billups; and his granddaughter T'Kesha Collins. He is survived by : his daughter Cynthia Asubiaro (Olawale); his siblings, Elsie Elkins, Ada Randolph, Margarett Crump, Gloria Dalrymple (Jerry), Milton Billups, Wayne Billups and Joe Billups (Stella); and his grandsons, Dontae and DeVantae Spearman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
