She is survived by: her husband Paul Carter of Blackland; her sons, Kyle Carter (Edie) of Henderson, Devin Carter of Blackland and Drew Carter (Christy) of Booneville; her siblings, Amy Lindsey (Bud) of Blackland, Michelle Clement of Blackland, Bill Kelly (Tammy) of Blackland and Miles Clement (Tracy) of Blackland; her parents, Jim Kelly of Blackland and Barbara Kelly of Blackland; and her grandchildren, Annalyn, Elijah, Eli, Mason, Kelsey Carter and Jennette Turner.
