He was predeceased by: his parents, Warnie Gilliard and Carolyn Lewis Gilliard; and his son Donald W. Gilliard II. He is survived by: his wife Gail Patterson Gilliard of Amory; his daughters, Melissa Dunn (Heath) of Tremont, Stephanie Madrid of Amory and LeAnne Harmon of Saltillo; and his siblings, Nancy Markish of Texas, Victoria Winford of Hattiesburg, MS, Jackie Zurowski of Colorado, Bonnie Ayers of Nazareth, PA, Glenn Gilliard of Long Beach, MS and Jeffery Ayers of North Hampton, PA. He is also survived by grandchildren and (3) great-grandchildren.
