He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Price and Lola Hill Price; his brother Paul Price; and his daughter Carye Price. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lucas Price of New Albany; his children, Tammy Price of Olive Branch, Tonyia Simpson of Senatobia, Robin Kania Pullman of Washington, Katy Mitchell of Texas, Victor Price of Olive Branch, Cliff Price of Missouri, Tom Price of Olive Branch, Richard Parrish of Southaven and Steven Parrish of Hernando; and his cousin Dean Hill of Baldwyn. He is also survived by great niece that he raised Alaina Stevens, 20 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
