He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Ivy; his parents, Earnest Ivy and Dorothy Ivy; his brother William Ivy; and his stepmother Caroline Ivy.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammie Smith of Batesville; his grandchildren, Hunter Ivy (Haley), Zach Ivy (Anna), Nathan Ivy of Senatobia, MS, Austin Ivy, Jarrett Ivy of Sardis, Lauren Smith of Clinton, MS and Taylor Ivy of Sardis; his great grandchildren, Riley Ivy of Batesville and Brayden Ivy of Batesville; his sisters, Patricia Rammage (Jesse) of Gailsburg, IL and Carolyn Naramore of Flint, MI; and his close friend Nell Millsaps of Batesville.
