Cook; her husband Jack Rhodes; her sons, Stacey Rhodes, Shay Rhodes and Shannon Rhodes; and her siblings, Bob Cook, Bobby Beavers, Charles Moffett, Peggy Payton, Erma Jean Cook and Tammy Beavers. She was also cherished by three grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
