He is survived by: his wife Beulah Butler Barnes; his son William "Will" Charles Barnes, Jr. (Evelyn Jackson); his sisters, Clara Sue Lambert and Betty Jo Hanvey; his grandchildren, Matthew Jackson and Chelsea Jackson; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Baylor Graham. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
