He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, George Lee Edward Parks III and Eboni Carter (Moses); his siblings, Jacqueline (late Emanuel Sr.), Alphonso (Cindy), Ernest (Paula) and Montrel (Vatrice); his grandsons, Elijah Elmore, Jonathan Elmore, Vincent Pleasent (Jessica) and Matthew Pleasant; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Matunda Parker (Franklin) and Brian. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousin, and friends.
