She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Harley Felsher Sr. and India Adair Bennett Felsher; her husband Charles Leon Moniot of Biloxi; and her brother Colonel Edwin Harley Felsher Jr. of Hattiesburg, MS.. She is survived by: her children, Charles Edwin Moniot of Biloxi and Leigh Anne Yarborough (Chuck) of Columbus, MS; and her grandchildren, Laurel and Sam. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, beloved cousins, and close family friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (2090 Pass Rd, Biloxi, MS 39531). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at the Biloxi City Cemetery (1166 Irish Hill Dr, Biloxi, MS 39530).
