He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Blanchard and Jessie Blanchard; his wife Evelyn Blanchard; and his brothers, Arnold and Jimmy Blanchard.
He is survived by: his sister Karen Newbill; and his sons, Charles Bruce, Paul Bruce (Genifer), Richard Blanchard, Ronnie Blanchard and Clyde Blanchard (Cynthia). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
