He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Stephens (Carolyn) of Booneville, Tommy Stephens of Booneville, Stanley Stephens (Barbara) of Marietta, Randy Stephens (Martha) of Booneville, Mike Stephens (Sarah) of Marietta and Kernith Vandevander of Booneville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
