She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Phillips and Everett Theophilus Phillips; her siblings, Katie Phillips Henson, Frances Phillips Brinkley, J. W. Phillips, Wilford Theo Phillips, E. T. "Todd" Phillips Jr., Terry Phillips, Harold Belue and Darryl Belue; and her significant other David Budlowe.
She is survived by: her son David Kirk (Tonya); her grandchildren, Anna Kirk and John David Kirk; her sister Wynoka Phillips; and her sibling's children, Carolyn Henson Nolin, Susan Brinkley Krawczyk, Regina Sullivan, Paul Phillips, Jeff Phillips, Keith Phillips, Michael Phillips, Todd Phillips, Stephen Belue and Greg Belue.
In honor of Patricia's lifelong support of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the family requests that donations be made in her memory in lieu of flowers.
