He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Dianne Knight Day; his parents, Richard Lee Day, Sr. and Brigge Bowen; and his stepfather Spence Bowen. He is survived by: his daughters, Regan Homer (Matt) of Oregon, Amberly Vanessa Day of Alabama and Christi Lynn Day (Victor) of Alabama; his brother Daniel Day (Carol) of Texas; and his grandsons, Ethan Dunkin (Makaela), Jakob Homer and Nathan Day.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jumpertown Cemetery.
