She is survived by: her children, Godly, Louann Lewis (Ronald Matlock) of Rockford Illinois, Bruce Lewis (Decease), Corey Smith of Rockford Illinois, Tony Smith (Katrina) of Rockford Illinois and Tamonica Brown (Timothy) of Florence Mississippi; her siblings, Betty Anderson and Leroy Lewis (Victoria) of Rockford Illinois; her grandchildren, Christy, Dominique, Natori, Devion, Corey, Jayla, Cortlyn, Antonyia, Tamya and Bruce; her great grandchildren, Alana and JaeAllen; and her siblings' children, Marvin Davis and Eletha Walker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends that includes her classmates.
