She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ray Quick and Frances Christine Quick (Sanders); her siblings, Bobby Quick, Joan Daniel and Linda; and her foster son Michael Bethany.
She is survived by: her husband Grover Kelly Hawthorne; her daughter Candice Joan Hawthorne Hilton; her grandchildren, Kierstyn Celeste Hilton (Q. P. Washington) of Washington, Connor Jay Hilton, Kylie Joan Hilton, Memphis Wade Coats, Phoenix Quinn Coats and River Thomas Coats; her great grandchildren, Lukas Khalid of Washington and Leona Kehlani of Washington; her siblings, Wilma McMillan, Judy Dooley, Rita Hobgood and Francis Quick; and her foster children, Michelle Bethany Henley and Randy Bethany. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
