He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Shelton and Margie Olivia Spence; his sister Barbara Mitchell; his son-in-law Kerry Ratliff; and his father-in-law David Monaghan.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Lowe of Pearl; his children, Greg Lowe (Joy) of Albaster, AL, Donna Ratliff of Kirbyville, TX, Julie Kennedy (John) of Starkville, MS and Lisa Rodgers (Jamie) of Columbus, MS; his sister Carolyn Whealton (Ray) of Carrierre, MS; and his grandsons, Mitch Lowe, Daniel Lowe, Coleman Kennedy, Peyton Rodgers, Colin Kennedy and Jason Miller. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
