She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy and Hattie McIntosh; and her brothers, Melroy McIntosh, Roger McIntosh, Ernest Lee "Sonny" McIntosh Sr. and Cagney McIntosh.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Arender; her children, Kay Smith (Mike), Jeff Arender (Kerry), Amy Hogue (Justin) and Claire Papizan (Chris); her grandchildren, Shayna Smith, Chelsey Smith, Kimberly Smith, Tanner Smith, John Austin Arender (Julie), Jane Claire Arender, Logan Hogue, Kylie Hogue, Macy Kate Hogue, Jackson Papizan and Palmer Papizan; and her sisters, Christine Royals, Doris Warren, Patricia Sampley and Glenda Dennis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many caring friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Crossgates United Methodist Church mission fund or the The American Cancer Society.
