He is survived by: his pet Bella; his wife Kathy Vance; his children, Susan Flannigan (Steve), Margaret Clark (Rudy), Donna Ezell (Gerald) and Bill Devine; and his sister Becky Swords. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren and beloved nieces and nephews.
