He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Preston Bailey and Ruby Sanderford Bailey; and his brothers, Louie, Huey, Autrey and Ed Bailey.
He is survived by: his close friend Jo Ann Parkman Bailey; his children, Dwight Bailey, Lori (Ken Moskowitz) and Scott (Kaye Bailey); and his grandchildren, Deeanna, Jay, Dustin, Cody, Jennifer, Lindsay, Andrew, Preston, Brandi, Leo and Gunner. He is also survived by his ten great-grandchildren.
