She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Maurice Yelverton and Ruth Hallman Yelverton; her husband Richard G. Watts; her son Todd Watts; her stepson Richard Watts; her grandson Matthew Watts; and her siblings, Patricia Ann Lennard and Franklin O'rell Yelverton.
She is survived by: her child Christy Woods (Chris); her stepson Terry Watts (Ellen); her brother Jasper Maurice Yelverton (Bitsy); and her grandchildren, Justin Watts (Katie), Jaci Watts, Ethan Woods and Andrew Woods.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (6035 MS-25, Flowood, MS 39232). A burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the Providence Lutheran Church Cemetery.
