He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Jr. Jones and Naomi Jones (Taylor); his son Larry Myers; and his sisters, Isavella Jones (Curtis) and Esther Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Winnie Ann Jones (Brown); his sons, Bradford Jones and Roderick Jones (Dawn); his grandchildren, Tasiann Ransom (Patrick), Deanna Jones and Roderick Jones II; his great grandchildren, Jubilee Ransom and Julius Ransom; and his siblings, Ardean Jones (Susie Mae), Joseph Jones, Habbakkuk Jones of Brandon, MS, Milton Jones (Eva Mae), Meshach Jones of Maywood, IL, Melzar Reynolds and Zephaniah Watley (Sherman) of Pearl, MS. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
