She was predeceased by: her parents, Millage Henry Phillips and Pearl Arender Phillips; her husband Hes Haynes; her children, Lamar Haynes (Polly), Nancy Haynes and Randell Haynes; and her siblings, Sidney Phillips, Plummer Phillips, Caley Phillips, Mavis Phillips Hess, Alma Phillips Goss, Helen Phillips Irby and Rhodene Phillips Hudson.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda McFaul (Jim); her grandchildren, Amy Haynes Polansky, Tracy Haynes Deaver, Keith McFaul (Carmen), David Berkley (Donna) and Jason Haynes (Rhonda); and her great grandchildren, Kenton McFaul (Kimberly), Carolyn McFaul, Seth Polansky, Molly Deaver and Kinsey Blake Haynes.
She survived the 1918 influenza pandemic, malaria, measles and Hurricane Katrina.
