He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max Whites and Ruby Cannon Whites; his brothers, O. D. Whites, Billie Max Whites and David Whites; his wife Peggy Wood Whites; his sons, Frank Whites, Jr. of Brandon and Robert Whites (Renee) of Clayton; his brother Dr. Jack Whites (Sally) of Birmingham, Alabama; his grandchildren, Chelsea Archibald (Doug), Jace Whites, Giffin Whites and Whitney Cox (Will); and his great grandchildren, Riley Archibald, Cameron Cox, Silas Cox and Landon Cox. He was also cherished by several nephews, nieces and special friends.
