He was predeceased by: his parents, James Charlie and Bessie Holt; his wives, Carmen Beeman Holt and Bonnie McKay Holt; his children, Dwight Keith Holt, Phillip Holt and Evarette Holt Zachary; his grandson Dustin Holt; and his siblings, James M. Holt, Gerald Holt, William Holt, Eloise Callahan, Dorothy Moseley, Nell McAnally and Vie Holt.
He is survived by: his sisters, Via Everett (Dennis), Ann Airhart (David) and Joyce Johnson (Jimmy); and his grandchildren, Jeff Zachary (Diann), Mike Zachary (Kathy), Carmen Mitchell (David), Tony Holt, Amy Dawn Holt, Kimberly Evans, Keith Holt and Dolly Holt. He is also survived by twenty-five great grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
