He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Allen Booth and Shirley Smith Booth; his son Brad Neely; and his sister Denise Booth. He is survived by: his wife Kala Miley Booth; his sons, Tim Booth (Cynthia) and Steve Neely (Shamra); his grandchildren, Taylor Neely, Kelsey Tollison, Aubrie Shoemaker, Lily Taylor, Naomi Neely, Noah Neely, Joseph Booth, Matthew Booth and Patrick Booth; his great grandchildren, Caiden Neely and Bryson Neely; his brother Tom Booth (Amy); his daughter-in-law Amy Hilton (Mike); and his stepmother Lucille Booth. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
