He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Tolley and Sarah "Elsie" Cato Tolley. He is survived by: his children, Charlotte McGinty (Jerry), Gerald Lee Tolley and Melinda Dennis (Ted); his stepson Darrell Adams; and his grandchildren, Walter, Michael, Jessica, Sarah, Cherie and Will. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
